Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of Decision Room picks and packages are final. No refunds will be issued once a selection has been delivered.

2. Replacement Promise

The Big Mac Replacement Promise provides free replacement selections for losing original paid picks. Replacement picks:

Have no cash value
Are not a refund
Are not guaranteed to win
Do not generate another replacement if they lose

3. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
